For a quarterly membership fee, the Wise Bird Cider Club offers four shipments of cider each year with access to exclusive events, taproom specials, preferred pricing, and special merchandise. Each membership can be enjoyed by two people (you and a plus one).

Absolutely! Cider Club shipments are released in the last month of each quarter: March, June, September and December. If you join in any other month, you will receive your first order at the time you join, either shipped or scheduled for pickup. Your subsequent orders will then fall into the quarterly schedule.

Our cider makers carefully curate each quarterly shipment to highlight new vintages, new releases, merchandise and, at times, Cider Club exclusives. We hope you will enjoy our selections and we do not allow substitutions.

Each Cider Club membership is inclusive of two people. If you have signed up on your own, you may bring a guest to Club events. If you have signed up as a couple, you are both welcome to attend events, or if one of you is not available, you may bring a guest as your second person.

Each individual is limited to one punch card drink per person per day. This is an ABC regulation.

A shipment must be paid for before it can be picked up as it is illegal for us to transfer ownership of cider that hasn’t been paid for. If you’re experiencing this issue, please check with the gift giver to make sure they have updated their credit card info with Wise Bird Cider.

Cider Club members receive great cider discounts and amazing benefits, the only obligation is purchasing at least two shipments of cider to be delivered to you or picked up at the cidery. If you decide to cancel before your second shipment, you will be charged an early termination fee equal to the quarterly club membership fee. You may cancel without penalty at any time after the second shipment has been processed and at least 30 days prior to the next scheduled shipment. Membership Cost:
The quarterly membership fee is $45 plus applicable tax and shipping fees.
Sign-Up Requirements:
In compliance with Kentucky ABC law, club members must sign up in person at the cidery.

How to Sign Up:
Members can sign up by requesting a signup sheet from a Wise Bird staff member or online.
Pickup Members:
Members who choose pickup will receive a punch card for a complimentary glass of cider for two people each month.
Members will be notified when their order is ready for pickup.
Pickup Policy:
Wise Bird Cider guarantees specific release bottles for up to 30 days from the release date.
Orders not picked up within 30 days may have bottles replaced with an item of equal or greater value.
Due to limited production, we cannot guarantee availability of specific releases after 30 days.
Members unable to pick up their orders in a timely manner may request shipping at an additional cost.
Home Delivery Members:
Members may opt for home delivery instead of pickup for an additional shipping charge calculated at checkout.
Wise Bird Cider currently delivers to 40 states, including:

Shipment & Pickup Schedule:
Quarterly shipments are released in the last month of each quarter: March, June, September, and December.
If you join mid-quarter, your first order will be fulfilled immediately, either through shipping or pickup.
Future orders will follow the quarterly release schedule.
Cancellation Policy:
Membership requires a minimum of two shipments before cancellation.
If a member cancels before the second shipment, they will be charged an early termination fee equal to one quarterly membership fee.
After receiving two shipments, members may cancel without penalty by providing at least 30 days' notice before the next scheduled shipment.

Account & Address Updates:
Members must notify Wise Bird Cider of any changes to their account or address before the next shipment period.
Failure to update an address may result in misdirected shipments and additional shipping charges.

Billing & Payments:
Each shipment or pickup will be automatically charged to the credit card provided at signup.
Charges include the membership fee, applicable taxes, and UPS shipping fees (for delivery members).
The first shipment is charged at the time of signup.
Subsequent shipments will be charged prior to shipping according to the quarterly release schedule.
